Economist, entrepreneur in the security sector for over 40 years, founder and current president of the World Security Federation – WSF, founder and former president of the Federação Panamericana de Segurança (Pan-American Security Federation) – FEPASEP, former president of the Federação Nacional das Empresas de Segurança e Transporte de Valores (National Federation of Security and Cash Transport Companies) – FENAVIST, and of the Sindicato das Empresas de Segurança do Paraná (Security Companies Union of Paraná) – SINDESP/PR.
The World Security Federation - WSF
The World Security Federation (WSF) is an active organization in the private security market. Its objectives include:
• Representing the private security sector before international organizations;
• Promoting global interaction;
• Providing knowledge tools on technology, legislation, and skills to professionals in the sector;
• Organizing international security exhibitions, seminars, and congresses.

The WSC is supported by FENAVIST, the main supporter of the World Security Federation, as well as the most important, representative, and active entity in the security sector in Brazil, with representatives in different branches of private security and representation in the Federação Panamericana de Segurança Privada (Pan-American Federation of Private Security) – FEPASEP.

The World Security Federation – WSF is recognized by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security as an international representative organization for the private security sector.
